A Farm and Farm House developed for a professional. A place built on a 4 Acre plot.

The structure along with its surroundings is developed as a Weekend-Get-A-Way, also as
a Leisure Place, also as an unwinding and
a Retirement Place.

Aaranyak – as the name suggests is a house in the Woods.
The area comprises of a 1050 sq. ft. 2 BHK house with defined private,semi-private and common spaces along with beautifully developed landscaped spaces with variety
of plantation.

The house constructed now is an addition of just 2 rooms and Toilet to the Existing A. C. Sheet Roofed House. The design is simple and follows the form for its function.

The first impression is of a typical small countryside sloping roof house peeking through the greens.

Here, the entire atmosphere or the Aranya Nirmiti Project as a Whole is more important than just the House.

The Landscape has been planned with complete Bio - Diversified Plantation with a very natural approach so as to re-enable the Development of Complete ecosystem which plays more vital Role here.

Overall plantation after 5 years now and consecutively in 10, 15 and 20 years will definitely lead this place to be an Aranya – A Dense Jungle.

The Landscape also consists of strategically placed farm ponds and 2 Check Dams constructed on a monsoon stream creating a Private / Exclusive Waterfall which fulfills
the Rain Water Harvesting needs of the project and also adds Natural, Scenic and Rare Beauty to the Farm of the proud owner.

The Farm is also planned with use of Unconventional energy Sources as Solar Pump and Hybrid Energy of Solar and Wind for electricity in House and surrounding area
which is in process.
